It appears that Richard Lamber Rutledge will be examined at the state hospital. Rutledge is facing two counts of sexual intercourse without consent and two counts of incest. Roosevelt County commissioners agreed to write a letter of support for a new bathhouse at the Culbertson pool during their meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 17. The hope is to obtain a grant from the Montana Department of Transportation. Commissioner Gordon Oelkers said the pool is used by individuals from many communities.
