Jesse Hank Baker III had his dispositional hearing in district court on Wednesday, March 12, after admitting to the violation of the conditions of his probation. Baker was sentenced by District Judge Benjamin Fosland to eight years in the Montana State Prison with none of the time suspended. In February, John David Panasuk was ordered to complete an in-patient treatment program and District Judge Benjamin Fosland decided to re-impose a sentence of 20 years with 15 years suspended after Panasuk admitted to violating conditions of his suspended sentence. The sentence delivered in February noted that there could be a harsher punishment if Panasuk doesn’t complete the treatment program

The Wolf Point School Board agreed with Superintendent Dr. David Perkins’ request to have a motion rescinded that took place at the end of the Feb. 10, meeting regarding a bonus for the superintendent.
