Trevor Levi Crain of Culbertson is facing four charges including three felonies after a search of his property took place in late February. Tamara Lynn Tibbett was sentenced during a hearing in district court on Tuesday, March 1. For the charge of obtaining anything by fraud or illegal gambling devices, Tibbett received a three year suspended sentence and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine.
