Montana law enforcement agencies reported 650 missing indigenous persons cases last year and as of May 30 just 1 percent of those cases are still active, new data from the Montana Department of Justice show. As part of a plea agreement, Richard Lamar Rutledge made guilty pleas to two counts of incest during a hearing in district court on Monday, July 18. The National Weather Service in Glasgow released the results of a storm survey confirming an Enhanced Fujita (EF) 2 tornado in Glentana July 18.
