Hearings Take Place In District Court
District Judge David J. Cybulski presided over several hearings in Wolf Point on Wednesday, Jan. 10.
Weldon Drew changed his plea to guilty for the charge of criminal possession of fentanyl.
He admitted that he was arrested on Sept. 21 and that law enforcement found a residue of fentanyl in a tin foil.
Maximum penalties for the offense is five years in jail, a $5,000 fine or both.
