The Wolf Point Community Organization will hold a celebration and powwow during Wolf Point Stampede weekend again this year. The event will take place on Thursday, July 11, at the Wadopana Powwow Grounds.
WPCO chair Holly Hamilton said that the event keeps growing and it’s possible that it will turn into a two-day celebration next year.

The Private Land/Public Wildlife Advisory Committee will meet July 11 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Zoom. Public comment will be taken via Zoom. To make a comment, you must register on the FWP website by noon on July 10.
The 13-member advisory committee, appointed by the governor, is charged with reviewing FWP’s access programs and offering recommendations to help achieve program goals
