Poplar Man Sentenced For 2021 Assault
Thomas Ivan Reese Larson, who admitted to beating a woman on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation in 2021, was sentenced on June 20 to 15 months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, U.S. Attorney Jesse Laslovich said last week.
The defendant, 25, pleaded guilty in February to assault resulting in serious bodily injury.
Chief U.S. District Judge Brian M. Morris presided.
