After considering several options, the Sidney Chamber’s Sunrise Festival of the Arts has decided that the event will take place on Saturday, Aug. 22, at Veterans Memorial Park. Michael Dale “Johnny Boy” WiseSpirit, 59, died July 3, 2020, at the Billings Clinic. He was born March 26, 1961, to Genevieve Bear and Owen WiseSpirit in Poplar. He graduated from Poplar High School and immediately enlisted in the United States Army. After 4½ years of service, he was honorably discharged. He came back to Poplar where he resided until his death. He made many lifelong friendships
