Local officials received approval from the Montana Food Bank Network on Wednesday, March 23, to reopen the Wolf Point Food Bank. The local food bank has been closed for several months for reorganization. A community choir is being formed in the area. Members of all churches in the area are invited to be part of a new music experience in Wolf Point. Individuals will meet to practice music for the fifth Sunday Sings held in the months that we have a fifth Sunday. The Montana Historical Society is hosting a series of talks with live attendance and online viewing options. The first talk in the series is with award-winning author and historian Ellen Baumler. According to a press release, Baumler dug into history of the Home of Peace Cemetery and the Temple Emanu-El in Helena, finding that she was curious to learn more about Montana’s early Jewish communities.
