Robert “Bob” Carroll Delp, 91, of Richey died Sunday, April 26, 2026, at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Billings. He was born Sept. 21, 1934, in Conrad to Hobert and Margaret (Blackburn) Delp. He was raised and educated in Hardin, where he graduated from Hardin High School with the class of 1952. Following high school, he enlisted in the United States Army and served stateside until his honorable discharge. After the army, he married Donna Ellis on Dec. 16, 1956, in Hardin and, to this union, two children were born, Rob and Karen. Once he finished college at Montana State University

Dorothy Ann Mill passed away on hospice care peacefully with family by her side on April 6, 2026. The daughter of Frank and Marjorie Whitmus. Dorothy was born on Nov. 14, 1939, with twin brother, Donnie. The family totaled 11 children, growing up on the family homestead near Vida, Mont. Dorothy graduated from Wolf Point High School in 1957. She attended Montana State University for two years, then Eastern Montana College for one year. Moving to Billings, she met her husband, Jim Mill. They started a family — son, Dave; and daughters, Donnetta (sis) and Darcy. Jim and Dorothy were married for 58 years. After a few jobs, it seemed she found her dream job at Billings Clinic, being a purchaser of supplies and equipment. She would always say, “I worked there for 40 years, 6 months and 16 days.” It was perfect for her because she loved helping people in any way she could.

Cli rd J. Jones, 61, of Wolf Point died April 25, 2026, in Billings. He was born Oct. 25, 1964, to Annabelle Betty Jones and Cli rd Thompson in Poplar. He grew up in the Whitewater, Frazer and Poplar communities, where he enjoyed riding horses, feeding chickens and milking cows. Summer months, he liked to haul square bales, where he got a good workout in. He loved to be outdoors, either walking or riding his bike or cruising and going fishing with the boys. One of his favorite pastimes was playing chess with the boys.

Sean Marquas Anthony Forrest, 18, died April 26, 2026. A wake was held Wednesday, May 6, at 7 p.m. at the Poplar Cultural Center. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 7, at the Poplar Cultural Center. Interment will follow at Riverside Catholic Cemetery.
