Warriors Outscore Nashua

Brockton’s boys’ basketball team knocked off Nashua, 8331, in non-conference play on Thursday, Jan. 29.

The Warriors gained a 2910 lead during the first quarter of action. Miles Boxer Jr. hit two three-pointers and scored 12 points in the period.

Brockton increased the gap to 54-19 in the second period. Tefton Bear scored six of the Warriors’ points.

The Warriors enjoyed a 7425 advantage at the end of the third quarter. Josh Firemoon had two three-pointers and 10 points in the quarter.

Leading Brockton’s attack were Firemoon with 18 and Boxer with 17 points.

Rounding out the scoring were Colter Nygard with eight, Bear with eight, Ronnie Blackdog with seven, Jarid Fasthorse Jr. with seven, Weston Lambert with six, Thomas Blackdog with four, Lahmi Youngman with three, Codean Big Eagle with three, Kokipasni Ownspipe with one and Bree Onley with one.

Charlie Kaasa scored seven points for Nashua.
