The Poplar Indians lost a close volleyball match against Harlem on Friday, Sept. 12. Harlem won by a 2325, 25-20, 25-16, 25-18, final. Makenzie Crawford led the Indians with 26 kills, two aces, eight blocks and nine digs. Jacey Azure had nine kills and two digs. Poplar’s cross-country team competed in Havre during the weekend. Poplar’s Jayden Eder finished in ninth place with a time of 18:54.60. Harlem’s Ethan Walker posted the winning time at 17:14.80.
