Three Killed In Poplar Weekend Shootings

On Sunday, Sept. 14, at approximately 4 a.m., the Fort Peck Tribal police officers received information from the Yellowstone County Sheriff’s Office that a male had confessed to shooting and killing his wife, his stepson and the stepson’s girlfriend at a residence in Poplar. Gas Prices Unchanged

Average gasoline prices in Montana are unchanged in the last week, averaging $3.23/g on Sunday, Sept. 14, according to GasBuddy’s survey of 615 stations in Montana. Prices in Montana are 1.1 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and stand 9.1 cents per gallon lower than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has decreased 2.6 cents compared to a week ago and stands at $3.658 per gallon.
