Wolf Point’s new police chief is expected to start his duties leading the Wolf Point Police Department by the end of this month. Mayor Chris Dschaak said that Anthony Cambridge is anticipated to start on Aug. 31. Cambridge is certified as a law officer in Vermont and Pennsylvania, but he needs to go through equivalency type training, Peace Officer Standards and Training, in Helena.

A 22-year-old Utah man with northeast Montana ties died early Thursday morning, July 31, in a crash in Iron County in southern Utah.
