A Wolf Point man who assaulted two individuals on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation was sentenced last week to 48 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release, U.S. Attorney Kurt Alme said. Patrick Follet, 24, originally of Frazer, is facing the charge of attempted sexual assault in Yellowstone County. Follet is accused of following teenagers at a football game at Daylis Stadium in Billings on Friday, Sept. 19, and attempting to grope them. Bond was set at $35,000 during a hearing last week. His next court appearance is scheduled for Jan. 6, 2026.

John Frank Figueroa Jr. is facing the felony charge of theft in district court. According to court documents, a Roosevelt County Sheriff’s deputy was advised that the Roosevelt Medical Center in Culbertson was reporting a theft on Aug. 19. Hospital officials said that Figueroa was passed out while intoxicated in the Culbertson Val-Am restroom on Aug. 18 and was brought in by EMS staff.
