Lions Score Road Victories Over Three Forks, Manhattan Christian

Lustre’s boys’ basketball squad earned a 76-45 victory at Manhattan Christian on Saturday, Dec. 20.

The Lions accounted for 26 points in the first quarter to gain a 26-9 advantage. Lustre enjoyed a 38-22 half-time advantage.

The Lions went on to hold a 60-40 advantage at the end of the third period.

Reaching double figures for Lustre were Cam Reddig with 21, Johnslee Pierre with 16, Joel Redding with 15 and Prestyn Klatt with 15 points.

Also scoring were Chris Traeholt with five and Diek Olfert with four points.

Andrew Kimm scored 14 points for Manhattan Christian.

Lustre Christian posted a 62-44 boys’ basketball victory at Three Forks on Friday, Dec. 12.

The Lions jumped out to a 21-13 advantage in the first quarter and increased the gap to 35-21 at the half.

Lustre added 14 more points in the third quarter for a 49-31 margin.

Top scorers for the Lions were Pierre with 23, Klatt with 17 and C. Reddig with 10 points.

Also scoring were Olfert with five, J. Reddig with five and Chris Traeholt with two.
