Wolf Point Teams Place At Harlem Meet

The Wolf Point Wolves ran to third-place team finishes in both the boys’ and girls’ divisions at the Harlem cross country meet on Friday, Oct. 17.

Wolf Point’s boys had a team score of 49 points. The top two squads were Harlem with six points and Glasgow with 23 points.

Leading the Wolves was eighth-grader Keydon Beston with a time of 19:46.2 for 17th place.

Wolf Point’s Andrew Williamson placed 23rd at 20:50.7.

Colter Berglee ran the course in 21:20.4 for 28th place. Kayeiko Villaluz placed 32nd with a time of 21:44.6.

Ezekiel Payne was 38th at 22:23.2. Kevin Brock placed 45th at 25:23.2.

Harlem’s boys accounted for the top six times at the meet. Sophomore Ethan Walker finished first at 16:38.0. Junior Orion Cuts The Rope took second at 17:26.2 and senior Donovan Posey placed third at 17:33.9.

Wolf Point’s girls took third place with 33 points. North Star earned first with eight points while Harlem took second with 18 points.

Wolf Point’s eighth-grader Cali Gorder finished in second place with a time of 20:32.1. North Star’s sophomore Brea Sattoriva recorded the winning time of 19:55.1.

Cadence Bouldin of Wolf Point placed 13th at 23:20.3.

Lakealah Mays ran the course in 27:00.0 for 27th place.

The state meet is scheduled in Missoula on Saturday, Oct. 25.
