Poplar Runners Place At Havre Meet

Poplar’s cross-country team competed in Havre during the weekend.

Poplar’s Jayden Eder finished in ninth place with a time of 18:54.60. Harlem’s Ethan Walker posted the winning time at 17:14.80.

Issac Irizarry of Poplar ran the course in 19:23.00 for 14th place. Eljin Grey Bear took 16th place at 19:30.90.

Wilder Bearcub finished in 26th place at 20:36.20. Raylando Red Eagle placed 37th at 22:45.20. Trentin Youpee was 41st at 23:48.20.

In the girls’ division, Poplar’s Mila Gramling placed 17th at 24:18.97. Kellyn Azure finished 19th at 24:40.17.

Blake Follette earned 26th place at 25:25.37. Alara Cooper took 27th at 25:39.17. Amelia Weeks was 29th at 26:11.37.
