Olivia Harms, daughter of Western Music Hall of Fame member Joni Harms, will entertain area residents during a concert at Marvin Brookman Stadium following Saturday night’s rodeo.

Olivia Harms and The Roadrunners provide traditional country and western music. According to her website, her first appearance on stage came when she was two days old. Now, Olivia is following in her mother’s creative bootsteps and chasing the same dream.

In 2016, she released her first album when she was only 16 years old. Her second album, “Rhinestone Cowgirl,” was released in 2021. When Olivia was writing for her second album, she wrote songs with famous country writers including Wood Newton (The Oak Ridge Boys’ Bobbie Sue and Kenny Rogers’ 20 Years Ago) and Dennis Morgan (Barbara Mandrell’s I was Country when Country wasn’t Cool and Ronnie Milsap’s Smoky Mountain Rain).

Olivia has released multiple singles to Texas Red Dirt Radio. The song Hey There Cowboy debuted on the chart after only three weeks and peaked in the Texas Top 10. Her most recent single, This Ain’t My First Rodeo, was in the Texas Top 5 for more than five weeks.

Olivia has found her niche genre, playing music for western lifestyle and honky-tonk lovers. She has been recognized for her hard work and perseverance to stay true to herself and play music that is authentic to her.
