Mayors File For Re-election

Sitting mayors in three Roosevelt County communities have already filed for re-election this year. Filing began on April 17 and ends June 16.

Mayors who have filed for re-election include Chris Dschaak in Wolf Point, Todd Gabriel in Culbertson and Toby Romo in Bainville.

Wolf Point’s council members John Plestina in Ward 1 and Dean Mahlum in Ward 3 have also filed for re-election. The Ward 4 position currently held by Lance Four Star is also up for election.

Filing to serve on the Culbertson council so far are incumbent Mark Nelson and Shadd Cullinan.

Other offices on the ballot in Bainville will include offices currently held by council members William Rathbun, Carol Rasmussen and John Gilligan.

In Poplar, spots due for election are currently held by Mayor John Grainger and council members Scott Azure and Greg Gourneau.
