Dallas Dehner
Dallas Lynn Dehner, , died April 21, 2025, at his home in Culbertson.
He was born Jan. 19, 1960, to Leon and Irene (Schwarzrock) Dehner. He was the second of four boys. He grew up on the family farm north of Brockton. From this upbringing, he acquired his great work ethic and character working alongside his parents and brothers. He attended the country school at Mineral Bench, then finished his education in Poplar graduating in 1978. Promptly after high school, he joined the United States Air Force where he served his country for six years. He joined the United States National Guard in 1985 after some prompting from his baby brother. He served in the National Guard until 2000 when he was honorably discharged. He was a true patriot and loved his country.
He married his high school sweetheart, Paula Rowe, on Oct. 10, 1981. Their first date was their senior prom and to say Dallas was smitten would be an understatement. Together, they had two sons, Chad in 1984 and Shaun in 1986. He was always involved in the boys’ sports and activities. He coached the baseball team, even though he knew nothing about baseball.
He loved to do anything outdoors and loved hunting, fishing and camping. There were quite a few memorable
