Olson Wins Track Honor

Wolf Point native Jewel Olson, a senior at Dickinson State University, has been selected the North Star Athletic Association’s Women’s Track Athlete of the Week.

Olson posted the NAIA “B” provisional qualifying time in the 400-meter dash at the NCAA Division II meet held at the University of Mary in Bismarck, N.D. She finished fourth in the field with a time of 56.14 seconds.

Olson’s time is currently the ninth fastest in the NAIA this season.
