After 24-years as administrator of Roosevelt Medical Center, Audrey Stromberg is retiring. The announcement came at the March hospital governing board meeting where Stromberg gave her formal resignation letter. Her last day is June 27, at which time, she will have dedicated 8,913 days, 213,917 hours, and 12,835,050 minutes to strengthening healthcare in our community. For her, the days have

Southside Students Receive Principal’s Awards

Southside Students Receive Principal’s Awards


Receiving Principal’s Awards at Southside Elementary School were Nadia Wall, Gavin Kent, Maia McGowan and Zandyn Dupree. These students are recognized for scoring at least a year above grade level on a standardized test in both reading and math. DUI Task Force Scholarship Winners


Roosevelt County DUI Task Force Coordinator A.J. Allen (center) presented the 2024 DUI Task Force scholarship to recipients Alex Strickland (left) and Hallie Iverson (right). Both are graduates of Bainville High School. Strickland plans to get his real estate license. Iverson plans to attend the Williston State College and focus on a General Studies major before decided next steps.
