A former Wolf Point Wild Horse Stampede queen is returning home for this week’s 101st Stampede activities. Terri (Taylor) Anderson was selected the queen for the 1960 Stampede. Now living in Chippewa Falls, Wis., she remembers competing against a couple other young women by riding a horse in patterns and answering questions from judges. Area Residents Support Play Despite Move Inside


The show must go on. Despite rain and poor weather, area residents were treated to a performance from Montana Shakespeare in the Park on Tuesday, July 2. The difference was that the play was held in the Wolf Point High School auditorium instead of the normal park location.
