Martell Shines In Tournament
Poplar High School junior Cammie Martell played in the Native American Basketball Invitational this past weekend in Phoenix, Ariz. She played with the Rockettes’ Elite team and averaged 19 points per game. The team had a 4-1 record. There were 84 junior/senior squads at the tournament.

Rush Team Places Second At Tourney
The Wolf Point team of Carly Rush and Ayla Rush placed second in the Fort Peck Women’s Walleye Fishing Tournament on Saturday, July 27.
The team finished with a weight of 26.86 pounds. Whit Rush served as navigator. Their largest fish was 11.42 pounds.
Sam Rose and Macy Rose earned top honors with 31.12 pounds caught including a fish weighing 10.52 pounds.
