Bainville Drops Matches To Savage, North Country

Bainville’s volleyball team lost in three sets at North Country on Thursday, Sept. 26.

The Bulldogs fell by an 1825, 16-25, 17-25, final.

Hailey Berwick led the Bulldogs with six kills, four aces, five digs and two blocks.

Elsie Wilson finished with five kills, eight digs, a block and two aces.

Bainville’s girls’ volleyball squad lost to a strong Savage squad on the road on Saturday, Sept. 28. Savage won by a 28-26, 2521, 25-21, margin.

Bainville’s Elsie Wilson finished with nine kills and 12 digs.

Hailey Berwick scored 13 kills, two aces and 13 digs.

Lila Butikofer accounted for six kills, 27 assists, six aces and nine digs.

The Bulldogs will host Culbertson on Thursday, Oct. 3. Bainville will play at Scobey on Friday, Oct. 4, and at a tournament in Lambert on Saturday, Oct. 5.
