Local Students Claim Top Prizes At Sidney Art Show

Vivian Schultz’s art class from the Wolf Point Schools participate in the MonDak Heritage Center’s 2024 Youth Art Show in Sidney at the MonDak Heritage Center.

The art show featured more than 400 youth from 11 different schools and ran through April 27.

Wolf Point student artists who placed include: Seventh And Eighth Grade

Colorworks category: Cheyenne Jackson, honorable mention.

Ninth And 10th Grade

Drawing category: Marcell Toavs, honorable mention.

Colorworks category: Mackiera Schindler, first place; Kamilla Hines, honorable mention.

3D category: Nora Hansen, honorable mention.

11th And 12th Grade

Drawing category: Serae Follet, honorable mention.

Graphic category: Harmony Hansen, first place.

Mixed media category: Esiya Pipe, third place and honorable mention.
