Froid/Lake Give It Their All At Sidney Meet

Froid/Lake’s track team was short-handed but competed hard at the Sidney Invitational on Saturday, April 20.

Isabelle Nordwick, a freshman, finished ninth in the 400-meter dash at 65:65 seconds.

Jordyn Breuer took 24th in the 800 and Leah Murray was 28th in the javelin. Nordwick was 30th in the triple jump.

Leading Froid/Lake’s boys were Daniel Forizs with sixth place in the 100 and 19th place in the 400.

Cody Olson was 14th and Cian Logan took 18th in the javelin. Eduardo Orozco was 22nd and Rylan Young took 29th in the triple jump.

The Red Hawks will travel to Lambert on Thursday, April 25.
