Wolf Point Police Blotter

( Publisher’s Note: The following blotter includes the activities of the Wolf Point police and fire department Feb. 26 through March 3. This is a short week due to the Monday holiday. All those cited or arrested are presumed innocent.)

Feb. 26

Kaylandra St. Marks, 19, female, First Avenue South, driving without a license and failure to yield, tribal court.

Feb. 27

Joseph Stiffarm, 19, male, Sixth Avenue South and Helena Street, driving without a license, no insurance and stop sign violation, tribal court.

Feb. 28

Ezra Rodgers, 32, male, 300 block of Main Street, obstructing a peace officer or other public official, resisting arrest, assault and assault on a peace/judicial officer, municipal court.

Feb. 29 Erin Miller, 38, female, 500 block of Fairweather Street, driving without a license, no insurance and no vehicle registration, tribal court.

Michael James, 58, male, 200 block of Main Street, disorderly conduct, carrying a concealed weapon, resisting arrest and protection of govt. employees, tribal court.

Owen Martin, 32, male, Fifth Avenue South and Custer Street, driving without a license, no insurance and no vehicle registration, tribal court.

Lorene Johnson, 48, female, Fifth Avenue South, right of way violation, failure to yield to approaching traffic, tribal court.

Sixteen-year-old male, 200 block of Sixth Avenue South, assault, municipal court.
