Bulldogs Edge Cowgirls

Bainville fought off Culbertson 14-25, 25-20, 25-10, 12-25, 15-10, in a tight league volleyball match held in Culbertson on Monday, Oct. 16.

Leaders in kills for the Bulldogs included Hailey Berwick with 14 and Brecklyn Pippenger with 11. B. Pippenger added three blocks and served five aces. Berwick had 10 digs.

Elsie Wilson accounted for eight aces, five kills and 15 digs.

Kendra Romo finished with two aces, 11 digs and 30 assists.

Culbertson’s Destiny Thompson accounted for 14 kills, five aces, six blocks and 31 digs. Leandra Perkins had four kills, a block and 18 digs.

Ayden Ator had 18 assists, three aces, two kills and 18 digs. Ivy Colvin finished with three aces, three assists and 16 digs.

Jazzmin Fugere scored three aces, three kills, a block and 24 digs. Mariana Burciaga had five kills and 12 digs.
