Spay, Neuter Fundraiser Set For Sept. 17

A fundraiser for local vaccination and spaying efforts of stray cats is being held at the Old Armory in Culbertson Sept. 17 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Organizers say the number of stray cats is growing.

A 50/50 fundraiser is being held and a sloppy joe dinner will be served. Activities and extras include a pet photo booth, dessert, face painting, rock painting with Mary Machart, yard games and a jewelry class with Genea Harris.

All proceeds raised during the event will go to spaying, neutering and vaccinating area strays.
