The Wild Horse Ranch Rodeo attracted a good crowd on Wednesday, July 5, as part of the Wolf Point Wild Horse Stampede week.

Event winners included: Team branding: Sidney Livestock/Prewitt & Co. with a time of 1 minute, 47 seconds.

Trailer loading: Stensland Land & Livestock with a time of 1 minute, 22 seconds.

Stray Gathering/Doctoring: Stensland Land & Livestock with a time of 1 minute, 49 seconds.

Wild Cow Milking: The Neighbors with a time of 1 minute, 01 seconds.

Step on Bronc Riding-Whiteman Cattle Co. with a time of 44.97 seconds.

The wildest bronc ride award went to Brodie Riggs who got a $250 check and a custom bronc rein made by James Gorman.

Top horse honor was awarded to Josh Bilbrey of Stensland Land & Livestock on his horse, Rosie. He won a breast collar donated by Jack and Christy Stensland and Marty and Vandie Buckingham. Bilbrey also received a pallet of horse feed and a horse care package donated by CHS.

Grady Larson of Sidney Livestock/Prewitt & Co. was selected top hand. He won a pair of Kerry Kelly spurs and a bottle of whiskey donated by Wolf Point liquor.

Whiteman Cattle featuring Lee Whiteman, Ryan Smith, Jordan DeSaye and Tanner Solberg earned first place. They received a check for $7,000 and buckles.

Stensland Land & Livestock consisting of JD Stensland, Josh Bilbrey, Jace Bilbrey and Jeret Bilbrey took second. They received a check for $4,200 and pine ridge knives and sheaths.

Third place went to Steppler Ranch team members Alex Munoz, James Gorman, Ruben Munoz and Joe Winter. They received a check for $2,800.
