Froid Plans Fun Fourth Of July

The Froid Commercial Club is planning a fun Fourth of July day of activities this year.

Events will start with a softball/ baseball game for all ages beginning at 2 p.m. Teams will be picked at the field.

A parade is scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m.

A barbecue community meal is planned for 6 p.m. Hamburgers and hot dogs will be provided. People are urged to bring side dishes and desserts.

After the meal, horseshoes and other yard games will be offered for all ages.

The Green Screaming Eagle Fireworks will provide fireworks at dusk, about 9:30 p.m.
