Former Wolves Qualify For National Track Meet
Wolf Point native Tori Nygard has qualified for the NAIA national indoor track meet.
Nygard, competing for Dickinson State University in North Dakota, hit the automatic qualifying mark when she had a best of 54-07 in the weight throw during the weekend.
She ranks second all time at Dickinson State University in the event.
Wolf Point’s Jewel Olson was part of the 1600-meter relay team that broke the school record with a time of 3:57. The time qualifies them for the NAIA national meet.
