County Library Plans Events In Wolf Point

Celebrate your “Freedom to Read” at the Roosevelt County Library.

The freedom to read is essential to our democracy. It is continuously under attack. Private groups and public authorities in various parts of the country are working to remove or limit access to reading materials, to censor content in schools, to label “controversial” views, to distribute lists of “objectionable” books or authors, and to purge libraries.

The Roosevelt County Library will be hosting a “Read-In,” starting Feb. 21-25. Patrons can read as long as they would like and as many items as they want. Treats will be served to participants. Anyone who does a review on an item they read will go into a drawing for a $10 gift card to Agland.
