Wolves Lose Heart-breaker To Glasgow At District 2B Tournament

Wolf Point’s boys’ basketball season ended in heart-breaking fashion when the Wolves lost to Glasgow, 54-53, in loser-out action at the District 2B tournament in Glasgow on Friday, Feb. 18. The game was decided when Bergen Miller hit three free throws with 0.4 seconds left. Miller went to the foul stripe after the Wolves were called for a foul on a threepoint shot attempt with Wolf Point

Tribes Change COVID Health Orders

By Bill Vander Weele The Fort Peck Tribes announced new health orders after the regulations were passed by the tribal health board on Wednesday, Feb. 16. Changes includes that tribal casinos can now operate at 100 percent capacity. All patrons and employees must wear a mask at all times and machines must be sanitized between each use. Frazer’s girls’ basketball squad fell to Dodson, 51-38, during loser-out play at the District 3C tournament in Wolf Point on Friday, Feb. 18. Dodson led 13-8 at the end of the first quarter and increased the margin to 25-17 at the half.
