Poplar Earns High Places During Glasgow Invitational


The Poplar Indians enjoyed a strong start to their track season at the Glasgow Invitational on Friday, April 1. Poplar’s boys placed eighth in the team standings with 52 points. Havre topped the standings with 214 points followed by Malta with 162 points and Glasgow with 158 points. Poplar’s girls took 10th with 42 points. The second annual Ride for Tomorrow is scheduled to have kickstands up on June 24-25. Last year, the inaugural ride had more than 50 riders participate, cumulatively adding over 52,000 miles to the conversation of suicide prevention and awareness in Montana.
