Tickets Available For Wild Horse Stampede
Now is the time to plan ahead and get your tickets for the Wolf Point Wild Horse Stampede, scheduled for July 7-9.
Julie D’Ambrosio, executive director of the Wolf Point Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture, reminds the public that the Main Street ticket booth is open from 12:30-6 p.m. weekdays, except for the Fourth of July.
Cost for general admission tickets are $15 in advance and $18 at the gate. Cost for buckaroo (seats with backs) are $20 in advance and $23 at the gate. Children, 6 years and under, are admitted free to the rodeo.
D’Ambrosio is also selling tickets for the North Star Carnival Company’s carnival on July 7-9. There is a limited number of pay-one-price carnival tickets available. Cost is $25.
“That’s a lot cheaper than if you buy tickets for each ride,” D’Ambrosio said.
The Stampede rodeo begins at 7 p.m. on July 7-9 at the Marvin Brookman Stadium.
The rodeo will be highlighted with barrelman/ rodeo clown JJ Harrison, Miss Rodeo Montana Briann Grimshaw and bullfighters Dakota Simmes and JD Harrell. Jeff Marn will serve as announcer.
The “Wagons & Wildflowers” parade begins at 1 p.m. on Friday, July 8, and Saturday, July 9. Miss Rodeo Montana will hold a stick horse rodeo at Faith Home starting at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 9.
