Bearcubs Battle At Meets

The Frazer Bearcubs scored during the Fairview Invitational track meet held on Thursday, May 5.

Angel Nelligan, a sophomore, earned sixth place in the discus with a best of 73-3.

Shakira Beston took ninth in the shot put at 25-1. Taking 11th were Nelligan in the shot put at 24-0, Evelyn Yellow-Hammer in the javelin at 65-9 and Baily Beston in the long jump at 10-5.

The Frazer Bearcubs participated at the Gene Nelson Memorial Invitational in Wolf Point on Friday, May 6.

Angel Nelligan took eighth in the discus with a best of 75-11. She was 14th in the 100, 14th in the 200 and 14th in the shot put.

Evelyn YellowHammer took 13th in the 200 and 15th in the 100.

Ty Fourstar led Frazer’s boys by taking 15th in the javelin, 16th in the 100 and 19th in the long jump.

Christopher Fox was 17th in the javelin and 19th in the 200.
