Golfers Open Season With Action in Wolf Point, Malta Golfers Open Season With Action in Wolf Point, Malta

 

Wolf Point’s golf team opened its season with a home meet on Wednesday, April 27.

Trevin Boysun placed 15th in the boys’ division for the Wolves. Also placing were Abel Garfield in 20th, Gaige Bushman in 21st, Aiden Prichard in 23rd and Logan Bushman in 24th.

In the girls’ division, Wolf Point’s Ryver Summers placed 14th.

The Wolves then competed in the Wolf Point/Poplar mixer on Thursday, April 28.

Garfield led the Wolves by placing 10th. Also placing were G. Bushman in 13th, Boysun in 16th, L. Bushman in 17th and Prichard in 18th.

Summers earned ninth place in the girls’ division.

The Malta Invitational took place on Saturday, April 30. Placing for the Wolves were G. Bushman in 18th, A. Garfield in 23rd, Boysun in 24th and Prichard in 29th.

Upcoming meets are the Poplar mixer on Wednesday, May 4, Poplar Invitational on Thursday, May 5, and the Glasgow Invitational on Friday, May 6. The divisional tournament is Tuesday, May 10, in Malta.
