Wolf Point’s tennis team enjoyed a successful day of tennis during home action against Poplar and Harlem on Tuesday, April 19.

“The girls played well. It was good for them to get a lot of reps,” Wolf Point Coach Dan Horsmon said. “It is nice to have Poplar so close to play. Harlem made the trip with only two girls.”

Wolf Point’s Jaycen Williams and Joclynn Williams each earned two victories. Also winning singles’ matches were Claire Kinzie, and Mercedes Sutton.

Dropping close singles’ matches were Laykin Cantrell, Victoria Wozniak, Kinzie and Kaylee Johnson.

The Wolves will compete in Helena on April 29-30.
