Lustre Fares Well In Whitewater

 

The Lustre Christian took third place with 54 points in the boys’ division during the Whitewater Invitational on Thursday, April 21.

Jasiah Hambira earned first place in the long jump with a mark of 19-04.

The junior placed second in the high jump by clearing 5-8, second in the 200 with a time of 24.51 seconds and fifth in the 100 with a time of 12.17 seconds.

Cayden Klatt finished third in the 300-meter hurdles at 56.23 seconds. He was seventh in the discus with a best of 85-02.

Elijah Lenihan cleared 5-2 for fourth place in the high jump. He placed fourth in the 110-meter hurdles at 23.4 seconds.

Braden Ewing took third in the triple jump at 33-04 and sixth in the long jump at 18-01. Sean Uy finished ninth in the 200 at 29.45 seconds.

The 1600-meter relay team consisting of Lenihan, Klatt, Ewing and Hambira finished third with a time of 4:25.94.
