Turcotte Sentenced For Drug Charge

Hattie Lei Turcotte was sentenced for the offense of criminal possession of dangerous drugs in district court on Wednesday, Dec. 15.

Based on a plea agreement, Judge David Cybulski sentenced Turcotte to a threeyear suspended sentence with the Montana Department of Corrections. She was fined $1,000. She will receive credit for 143 days served in jail.
