Bearcubs Lose Contests Against Scobey

The Frazer Bearcubs dropped conference basketball contests in Scobey on Thursday, Dec. 16.

Frazer’s girls fell by a 4611 final. Scobey led by a 20-9 half-time margin.

Bailey Beston scored three points for the Bearcubs. Adding two points each were Isabelle Even, Evelyn Yellow Hammer, Audrey Smoker and Angeline White.

In the boys’ contest, Scobey won by an 81-24 margin.

The Spartans gained a 50-11 advantage in the first half.

Keein Ackerman led the Bearcubs with 12 points.

Also scoring for Frazer were Jonathan Jackson with five, Blue Fettig with three, John Hotomanie with two and Ty Fourstar with two.
