LaVonne Brock

LaVonne Bernice Lambert Brock, 54, of Wolf Point died Oct. 31, 2021, in Wolf Point.

She was born on Sept. 23, 1967, in Wolf Point to Norman Lambert and Phyllis Roselynn Shields.

On May 19, 1989, she married James Kermit Brock Sr. in Wolf Point. They were married for 15 years until his death Nov. 6, 2004.

She enjoyed attending powwows, camping, fishing, doing puzzles, listening to music, spending time with all her children and grandchildren, spending time with the rest of her family and friends (especially “Ina”) and cruzin’. She also enjoyed her time when she made it to church at the Lord’s Table. She worked at the Fort Peck Tribes as a probation officer and in the enrollment department.

She is survived by her daughters, Lucille Roselyn Brock, Krystine Racquel Brock, and Mary Frances Brock, all of Wolf Point; son, James Kermit Brock Jr. of Wolf Point; and 14 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Kermit Brock Sr.; and siblings, Thomas Ironshield and Keith Lambert.

Her funeral was held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 10, at Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel. Cremation will follow. Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel was entrusted with the arrangements.
