The Wolf Point boys accounted for the top three individuals and earned first place at the Eagle Invitational cross-country meet held in Sidney on Saturday, Oct. 9.

The Wolves finished with 34 points while Miles City took second with 47 and Glendive placed third with 74 points.

Wolf Point’s Peyton Summers captured top honors with a time of 17:52.72 for first place.

Kholby Spotted Wolf finished second at 18:05.60. Ethan Blount took third at 18:23.80.

Rebel Mays placed 16th at 20:06.20. Kelby Bauer placed 18th at 20:13.70.

In the girls’ division, Piper Ruffing placed 14th with a time of 24:08.82.

Plentywood’s Annie Kaul finished first by running the course in 20:07.56.

The Wolves will compete in Harlem on Friday, Oct. 15.

The Class B state crosscountry meet will take place Friday, Oct. 22, in Missoula.
