Teams Win In Walleye Tourney

The women’s walleye tournament took place Saturday July 17, in Fort Peck.

The event featured 62 teams.

The winning team of Kelsey Kuehn and Kinsey Schwers from Glasgow finished with 33 pounds.

Cindy Sundheim of Fairview and Samantha Gross of Gillette Wyo., placed second at 24.86 pounds.

Jodi Kemp of Glasgow and Robin Schock of Fort Peck took third at 16.54 pounds. Taking fourth were Cassie Waller of Reserve and Bonnie Zavada at 16.44 pounds.

Betty Belakjon of Fort Peck and Lorren Belakjon of Williston placed fifth at 14.64 pounds.
