Lady Wolves Place In Glendive


The Wolf Point Lady Wolves accounted for 13 points during the Wibaux Invitational in Glendive on Saturday, April 10. Hamyanie Campbell enjoyed a solid meet for Wolf Point. The junior finished fourth in the 3200-meter run with a time of 13:32.41. Campbell placed sixth in the 1600 by running the distance in 6:11.24.
Jewel Olson, a senior, finished second in the 100 with a time of 13:19 seconds.
Although that was all the scoring for the Wolves during the action, Wolf Point’s girls came close to placing in several other events.
Among the strong performers for the Wolves came from Katelyn MacDonald in the 100 and javelin, Joli Beston in the 400 and 800, Haidyn Raining Bird in the discus and Kylie Rodenberg in the 100-meter hurdles.
The Wolves will compete in Baker on Saturday, April 17.
