Poplar Runners Place In Wolf Point

The Poplar cross-country squad ended its regular-season schedule with a meet in Wolf Point on Saturday, Oct. 17.

Poplar’s Jazmyn Carry Water finished third in the girls’ division with a time of 24:30.02. Teagan Escarcega took fourth at 28:09.35.

Gracelynn Medicine Cloud placed fifth at 28:56.79. Sydney Cummins took sixth at 30:17.53.

Rikki Belton took seventh at 30:28.83. Jayme Red Boy placed eighth at 30:34.42.

Poplar’s Geordy Medicine Cloud finished fifth at 19:11.79 in the boys’ division.

Polito Garfield placed eighth at 20:27.23. Morgan Mathison took ninth at 20:55.78. Kobe Darnell placed 10th at 24:06.78.

Thomas Jerome finished 12th at 25:00.26. DelRay Lilly took 14th at 27:43.91. Finesse Headdress placed 15th at 29:12.88. Jaylen Red Dog took 16th at 34:26.55.
