Wolf Point Police And Fire Blotter

( Publisher’s Note: The following blotter includes the activities of the Wolf Point police and fire department March 9-15. All those cited or arrested are presumed innocent.) Citations were issued to:

March 9

Jesse Demarrias, 28, male, 300 block of Front Street, warrants, tribal court.

Terrance Beaudry, 40, male, 300 block of Front Street, aggravated assault, tribal court.

Twelve-year-old female, 300 block of Knapp Street, aggravated disorderly conduct, tribal court.

Tayton Murphy, 19, male, 200 block of Fairweather Street, partner/family member assault, tribal court.

Michael Magnan, 56, male, Town Pump, public intoxication, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass, tribal court.

March 10

Kayleigh Jones, 20, female, 200 block of Fairweather Street, warrants, tribal court.

Jack Fogarty, 33, male, 500 block of Custer Street, disorderly conduct, tribal court.

March 11

Jerome Follet Sr., 30, male, U.S. Highway 2 and Blaine Street, driving without a license, no insurance and warrant, tribal court.

Darrell Maroon, 54, male, Sixth Avenue North and Johnson Street, no driver’s license and no insurance, municipal court.

March 12

Ayla Jones, 31, female, Family Dollar, theft and hindering law enforcement, tribal court.

March 13 Corey Lilley, 40, male, Fourth Avenue North and Blaine Street, starting/turning/ stopping without regard for safety and no insurance, tribal court.

March 14

Ervin Clark, 52, male, 400 block of Garfield Street, warrant, tribal court.

Fire Blotter March 10 A grass fire was reported on Swimming Pool Road at the intersection of Road 1074 at 7:23 p.m. Two trucks and command responded. A vehicle was also discovered on fire, which was the cause of the grass fire. The incident was deemed suspicious.

March 13

At 5:51 p.m. a structure fire was reported at 108 Granville Street. Two trucks and fire command responded. The fire was deemed accidental.

March 14

Command and one truck responded at 9:47 p.m. to the 900 block of Fourth Avenue South for a report of a grass fire. It was a false alarm. Smoke from a woodburning stove was discovered to be hanging in the area.
